Shipping & Delivery
We hold all the stock we have listed on the website at our facility and ship exclusively with Australia Post which gives you piece of mind with tracking available. CT will ship your order within 48 hours. AusPost does not operate locally to us on weekends so we will get your orders moving on the next Monday if you order on a weekend.

We have recently had to change our shipping rates due to increased shipping costs, they are as follows:
- Australia Wide Flat Rate: $10. Free Shipping for orders within Australia over $80.
- New Zealand Flat Rate: $15. Free Shipping for orders to New Zealand over $80.
- United Kingdom Flat Rate: $25. Free Shipping for orders to the UK over $150.
- International/Rest of World: $30. Free Shipping for International/Rest of World orders over $170.

Estimated Shipping Times:
- Australia: 5-10 business days
- New Zealand: 7-14 business days
- United Kingdom: 10-21 business days
- International/Rest of World: 14-28 business days (Depending on destination. Remote locations may take longer).
Returns & Exchange
Please immediately contact us for a return or exchange via email with shop@crxsstactical.com as we want you to be happy with your purchase and we will endeavour to find a solution for you. We offer a 7-day policy window for you to return/exchange an item due to fault. We cannot accept return/exchange of items which have been worn/used/marked/stained/damaged by the purchaser.
Payments
We accept payments from all major credit cards via our E-Commerce payment service called Stripe. We also take payments via PayPal which offers you an additional level of safety with your purchase.
Bulk or Large Purchases:
​If you are ordering for a Battalion, Unit, or Company please contact us via email shop@crxsstactical.com and one of our sales reps will be able to discuss pricing and requirements to fulfill your needs.
Discount Codes
We put on a number of discount codes. If you would like to set up a discount code for your section, troop, or unit contact us at shop@crxsstactical.com and we will hook you and the lads up.
Custom Design
We are able to design new logos for your unit/section/troop etc in line with the style we have on display on our own t-shirts. We are also able to organise printing on t-shirts, hoodies, stickers, and patches.
